Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic and hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role oversees inventory, production planning, subcontractors, logistics, and customer support with full operational responsibility and daily collaboration with teams across the organization

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Planning

  • Manage raw material and finished-goods inventory across the value chain
  • Optimize inventory levels based on forecasts and demand
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and drive process improvements

Production Planning

  • Translate customer orders and forecasts into actionable production plans
  • Build annual/quarterly/monthly work plans and monitor execution
  • Open work orders and work closely with the production floor and subcontractors
  • Resolve delays, exceptions, and customer issues

Subcontractor Management

  • Manage local and international electronics/assembly subcontractors
  • Ensure delivery, quality, and cost targets are met
  • Lead negotiations, define SLAs, and manage expectations

Logistics, Import & Export

  • Manage full import/export processes for components and products
  • Work with customs brokers, international shippers, and logistics partners
  • Improve transportation and storage processes to reduce cost and lead times

Customer Interface

  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers in Israel and abroad
  • Manage supply-related customer service
  • Support customers from order to full delivery
  • Support and management of customers ’ RMAs.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of supply chain management experience
  • Electronics / electronic assemblies supply chain background is a Must!
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • Experience managing international subcontractors and working with global customers/suppliers
  • Proficiency in Priority ERP – Must!
  • Strong warehouse & inventory management knowledge
  • Team management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience working in a small dynamic company
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Very good English
  • Industrial Engineering degree — an advantage
  • Experience as a planner/material planner — an advantage
