JD – Controller

We’re looking for an experienced Controller to join our finance team.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly-end closing and deliver end-to-end reporting package and consolidated financial statements.
Work directly with external audit team during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure all financial information is properly supported.
Review and implement work procedures within the department.
Prepare and analyze financial data and internal reports, monitor progress and changes.
Manage the company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.
Preparation of annual tax returns and statutory reports.
Review salaries and all related matters in both Israel and the UK.
Manage and review vendor payment cycles.
Take part in the management of the day-to-day bookkeeping team of & Israel and Uk entities.
Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks.

Requirements:
2 years’ experience as a controller in a high-tech company.
CPA with Big 4 internship.
Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS and high-tech industry.
Experience with month-end /year-end closing process.
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Knowledge of Priority /Billing System– advantage.

Embedded Linux Developer

For our embedded Linux software apps. we’re looking for an experienced developer with the following required skillset:

• 5+ years of Embedded Linux Software Development running on hardware devices.
• Strong software design skills backed with good analytical, debug and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong C, C++ coding skills
• System-level Linux experience with U-Boot, Linux kernel, device drivers, device tree, system call interface, Linux bring up

FPGA Engineer

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in the FPGA design using Verilog/VHDL – Must.
• Experience with creating applications with C/C++ – Must.
• Experience with embedded C code development (preferably as Xilinx embedded processors such as Microblaze /ARM).
• Experience or working understanding of creating embedded software that will interact with a real-time operating system.
• Lab experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, soldering iron, power supplies etc.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop software and firmware and hardware.

Preferred skills:
